overview
The TB-2000 power tester is a new generation of substation user identification product developed by our company in response to market demand. This product can easily, quickly, stably, and reliably identify substation user attributes and phase sequences, providing real and accurate basic data for identifying complex lines, substation crossings, incomplete information, and reducing losses and consumption, achieving fine management of substations.
The TB-2000 power tester consists of a transmitting host (TBT-2000 transmitter) and a handheld extension (TBR-2000 receiver). This product utilizes advanced carrier communication and coding modulation technology to directly perform online detection of any point in the power grid without interrupting the normal power supply of the distribution transformer to the user. Through signal analysis, it accurately determines the transformer and phase of the detected user; This product also effectively solves the problem of carrier signal stringing in different phase sequences of the same distribution transformer, as well as the problem of common high voltage stringing, common ground stringing, and common cable trench stringing of two or more adjacent distribution transformers; In addition, the communication technology used in this product is most suitable for the current situation of low-voltage power supply lines in China's power grid in terms of communication reliability and transmission quality, and has the advantages of good anti-interference performance and long communication distance.
major function
1. Portable structural design, the instrument is lightweight, small in size, and easy to carry.
2. Multiple testing accessories to meet different on-site plug and play requirements and easy operation.
3. The number of hosts and extensions can be flexibly configured to achieve attribute and phase search for multiple distribution transformer users under complex conditions.
4. Using a dedicated signal selector for signal adjustment, accurate identification of substations can be achieved when adjacent substations share high voltage, common ground, and common cable trenches.
5. After connecting the transmission host to the low-voltage side of the distribution transformer, the host will cyclically send carrier signals through the transmission line based on the set substation number and three-phase identification code. The handheld extension will automatically identify the substation code and phase of the inspected user (electric energy meter) based on the received information code.
6. Dial the code to set the number of the tested transformer represented by the transmitting host.
7. The handheld extension adopts a large screen dot matrix LCD with Chinese display, making it convenient to read the station number and phase of the tested energy meter.
8. By adopting the method of borrowing electricity from the line testing end, continuous surveys of substation users can be conducted, eliminating the tedious process of replacing batteries or charging.
